9500mfp - asking to change black drum

Hi

I have a second hand 9500mfp which, for the most part, I have very few issues with.

I recently changed the H-9500 K drum unit and only had a few thousand prints thrown through it but now, the machine is constantly asking me to replace the drum unit and will NOT print.

I have also changed the chip on the drum without success.

How can I rectify this issue so that I can start printing the local community paper again?
