Bit of a blanket statement, perhaps the non answers are not something that can be answered or perhaps the high number of questions causes the percentage to be more visible, quite a lot of posts mention no make or model and are very vague, when a request is made for more info many don't respond.
Compared to most forums I've visited I would say the number is very high, perhaps you should ask a question and see if it's answered ?
Remember this is not HP official support, the public respond to questions, if you have a problem then phone HP, if you are out of warranty or have a question then this is a public forum, there are many time served engineers, resellers, repair companies on here with many years experience offering excellent advice free of charge, I'm sitting at work at 7::40 am posting this comment so after some time on the forum I'll switch to my day job.
