I have been on Windows 8 since December, 2012. I had been printing to my HP Officejet 6500, but with a recent update, I am no longer able to print. I have uninstalled all previous drivers and downloaded new ones, run the HPPS dr, and run every test I can find. Everything says it is installed correctly, and no errors, but it still does not print. I was even able to scan, but not print! It is hooked up wirelessly through my home network. I have other computers hooked to printer and they both work well with the printer, but are on Windows 7. I even disabled the firewall, but that did not help. Any suggestions?
