Hi, I currently have a user losing stored jobs to HP LJ 9050 MFP.
when he sends a high number of stored jobs some are not stored onto the printer, although the job liniti is put up to 300 and the printer also has a newish firmware. he is not the first user that came to me with this type of issue.
Would anybody have an idea how the some of the jobs get lost while being sent to the printer?
