When I try to print over the network to my HPB209a, the job appears in the print queue but doesn't print. Eventually, it indicates that an error has occured.
I tried running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. It told me that there was a port mismatch and that I needed to restart the computer, then run the Scan Doctor again. I did these things, and it said it was unable to resolve the problem and that I should contact HP Customer Care.
