Hello All
I am able to create new Printing Shortcuts in the Preferences but the settings are not saving. If I look at the settings of one which is colour then look at the other one which is B&W the settings from the other appear in the options. How do I get the shortcut settings to save properly. I have clicked Apply and OK after creating. I even exit right out and come back in to see the shortcut has changed. Laserjet 400 MFP colour with 3rd tray installed and firmware updated. Windows XP using LAN to print.
