I have a Printer CM4540MFP, when I turn it on, it stop at the initializing process, and the counter boes not stop.
I have try to do a cold reset, by press and hold the red cancel button (x) but nothing appear.
I download the fmwre and send the .bdl file on an USB key .
there's no communication by USB cable.
can you please help me.
