When try to send fax from computer in windows 7 64 bits, appear this message "unable to communicate to the device" as appear in the image.
The solution is install the latest software (HP LaserJet Pro Series Full Solution Software and Driver)
And workoround as unistall Internet Explorer 11 or connect the printer to the computer using USB cable.
I unistall all SW HP printing, and install HP LaserJet Pro Series Full Solution Software and Driver, problem persists, then uninstall Internet IE 11.
The user hadn't USB cable, (the printer is connected in TCP/IP port)
the cause is the network communication ports between the fax driver and the computer are blocked after upgrading to IE 11.
I made all this troubleshooting and problem persists
Any suggest to solve this situation?
