WPA2-Enterprise (802.1x) is for business end users who sign into a RADIUS server for authentication. You must have a machine level ID set up and configured for your RADIUS server to allow it onto the network. This will all depend on how your network administrator has set up the accounts and the minimum requirements they need a device to have before it is allowed.
Only after you are able to get your printer authenticated to the 802.1x network will AirPrint will AirPrint work. However, your 802.1x network also has to allow AirPrint network traffic to flow. This is in addition to enabling the Mac Printing (commonly referred to as AppleTalk or Bonjour) feature on the device itself.
So you see you have a multi layered problem you need to work on here. First step is to get the device onto the network and confirm that you can talk to it. After you have it on the network you need to take a look at the communication that is allowed.
Confirm for us that your printer has a valid IP Address and that you can access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) while it is connected. Then we can look at the rest.
