Right after connecting the printer cable (HP Laserjet 3200) to a USB port of the local computer with Windows 7, Windows started to search and install the print driver for it, and it was successful. Looks to me that the printer itself already has the driver, and Windows merely took it. Not sure if this would apply to all.
