I have a client with an HP Color Laserjet 300 MFP M375nw. I set up a scan to email for one employee and it worked fine (after a lot of testing and tring different things). However, I can't get other employees set up at all, despite using the same configuration information! How can I resolve this?
The problem appears to be SMTP authorization, though I am 100% positive I'm entering the right credentials.
