Hi, I hope someone's had this issue on this printer before and can help me. This has been setup as a local printer on a PC that's been upgraded to Windows 7. We start the scan from the PC end and wanting to send it to a PDF file. This is no longer an option since this system was moved to Windows 7...when it was XP, it was available as an option.
The driver has been tried as a PCL 5, PCL 6, Reinstalled the Full solution software on system and even upgraded the firmware on the printer. Still doesn't come up with a PDF option in the scan.
