For the 4345 check and make sure the fan behind the front door is working. This was a known issue for what is called the blooming logo where the display would hang with the logo getting smaller then larger, etc and the machine never coming to ready. You will have to remove the front cover so google the service manual for instructions. The fan plugs into the lvps in the front.
