I have searched high and low for a solution to my problem and cannot find one, thus I have come here to ask. We purchased a used LaserJet 500 color MFP M575 from an auction for our office. We have tried everything to erase the default passwords setup within the unit from the previous owner, to no avail. I have attempted a factory reset and a cold reset but nothing has worked. When I attempt the cold reset, regardless as to holding the lower left, or lower right quadrant, the startup sequence goes on as normal. A few questions:
1) Is the NAND reset turned off or on by default?
2) What is the default service code to turn it on if it is off by default?
3) Are there any other options.
