Thanks for responding. Not able to send you a scan as this is not accepting a .tff file. What I am getting are four multi colored stripes running across all printed pages with two inches separating each multicolored stripe. The stripes themselves are an inch thick--with each separate color being 1/4 inch. The color sequence is yellow, red, blue, black. Each stripe extends fully across the page from left to right. It occurs on every print page. I appreciate any help you can provide.
