Hi,
We have a HP Laserjet 400 Color MFP M475dw that doesn't print the Cyan and Magenta very well, or full.
Please see attached file of the status page.
We've already replaced the high voltage board .
The cartridges are placed in the same order as seen on the status page; Cyan an Magenta in the middle.
I suspect the Intermediate Transfer Belt.
Anyone else had this issue?
