Help!
When I try to scan a document, I get a trouble message on my scanner stating that the USB is not connected, even though my computer is connected to the printer via the USB port. Despite note being able to scan, I"m able to print from laptop and I'm able to make photocopies.
Can someone please advise as to how I can resolve my scanning issue?
