Thanks for your kind reply, I am aware of the Online-Services. But as long as I can send and receive faxes "manually" with the LaserJet (which is the case) I can live without them.
The ony thing that bothers me is the fact, that HP refuses to solve problems they know and are reliable for.
A faulty menu-structure in the firmware, a software incompaltible with Internet-Explorer 11 - and no intention to help users at all.
This is not my idea how to treat customers, but maybe I am only "old-fashioned", who knows ?
