I'm installing a new printer and the staff would like the scan to email feature enabled. We used to have a 4345 and it had been set up to scan to a network folder. I installed the printer (after manually assigning the IP address) and can ping and print to it. But I cannot get the scan to email to work. I have the SMTP info and I'm told it does not need authentication. But each time I try to send an email it says it cannot find the SMTP gateway. I also cannot bring the IP address up in a browser. I've checked the DNS setting and they are correct.
Any suggestions as to what to look at to get this working? Thanks in advance!
