I've had this problem for years. I'll get it fixed after several tries, then it quits again. There is no continuity in how to fix it. Recently Adobe reader was said to be the problem, but uninstalling the HP drivers and Adobe, reloading, updating drivers, nada, nada, nada. It's a real shape HP doesn't backdate their testing processes when they make printers that last 10-15 years.
What does one do when HP can't reasonably and accurately fix the problem?
